This report offers an evaluation of the progress accomplished since the WASH master plan for the Asutifi North District’s implementation began in 2018 for that area. The monitoring of water and sanitation services, budget tracking, outcome harvesting, district capacity evaluation, and water quality testing are just a few of the research that has been carried out. The creation of this performance report was influenced by the findings of the evidence-based monitoring studies. The Asutifi North District Ahonidie Mpontuo (ANAM) initiative was established in 2017 by the Asutifi North District Assembly (ANDA), with assistance from the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation (CNHF) Grantees in Ghana and other partners, stakeholders, and citizens, to develop and implement a WASH master plan in the district and ensure that everyone in the district has access to WASH services by the year 2030.
This report offers an evaluation of the implementation’s progress. The 13-year WASH master plan was established by the ANAM alliance in 2018. To signal the start of the service delivery phase, which saw the beginning of WASH infrastructure development to provide services to underserved populations, the master plan implementation then commenced an investment phase in March 2019.
