District Co-ordinating Director

Serves as a secretary to the Assembly, He also chairs the District Planning and Coordinating Unit

He also acts as Advisor to DCE, guides policy information, planning and coordinating unit.

He acts as a liaison between Heads of other governmental and non-governmental agencies and DCE

Manages financial and other resources of the Assembly in consultation with the DCE

He ensures the development of the capabilities, skills and knowledge of staff.

Moreover he appraises direct reports and undertakes any other tasks that may be assigned.

 

Assistant Director I

He plans and supervises the work of direct report. He ensures discipline and efficient performance of duties

Assistant Director IIA

He conducts preliminary examination and analysis of issues and makes suggestions and recommendation. He drafts speeches, minutes, writing, report and correspondence. He ensures the development of capabilities, skills and knowledge of staff. He appraises direct reports and undertakes any other tasks that may be assigned.

Assistant Director IIB

He collects and analyzes data (report writing. ensures the development of the capabilities, skills and knowledge of staff, appraises direct reports and undertakes any other tasks that may be assigned.
