    1. Monitors the performance of staff and submits recommendation for follow up actions;
    2. Prepares vouchers and supervises final and central pay units;
    3. Ensure daily lodgement of all revenue to the Bank and upkeep of the cash Book and Ledgers and
    4. Ensure the development of the capabilities, skills and knowledge of staff;
    5. Appraises direct reports; and
    6. Undertaking any other duties that may be assigned.
