On 20th December 2023 the Spatial Planning committee met to decide on temporal structures in Kenyasi No.1 and Kenyasi No.2 a Power Point Presentation on database on temporal Structures in Kenyasi No.1 and Kenyasi No.2 by the building Inspector and number of temporal structures with permit approvals.
Presentation of Technical Sub-Committee’s Report, Members were briefed on a recent meeting of the Technical Sub-Committee which was held on Thursday, 14th December, 2023. The Secretary indicated that, the Committee received two (2) development applications and conducted site inspection, all were recommended for approval by the technical sub-committee.
