Inspection on various projects in the District

On Thursday, 17th April, 2025, the Asutifi North District Assembly, led by the District Chief Executive (DCE), Hon. Hafiz Dauda, undertook an inspection and assessment exercise of various ongoing and completed development projects across selected communities in the district.

The purpose of the exercise was to monitor project implementation, assess the quality of work done by contractors, identify challenges affecting project completion, and ensure value for money in line with government development objectives.

During interactions with contractors and beneficiaries, the DCE emphasized the importance of quality workmanship and timely delivery. He cautioned contractors against substandard work and reiterated the Assembly’s commitment to enforcing contract terms.

Heads of departments and technical officers present provided professional assessments and recommendations to guide corrective actions where necessary.

The project inspection exercise enhanced accountability and provided firsthand information to guide decision-making and planning. The District Assembly reaffirmed its commitment to accelerating development, improving service delivery, and ensuring that all projects meet the required standards for the benefit of residents of the Asutifi North District.
