The Aquaya Institute in collaboration with Asutifi North District Assembly organized a three-day water quality testing training from 25th to 27th March, 2026 at the District Assembly hall, Kenyasi. The training aimed to build participants capacity in water quality monitoring, testing techniques and data interpretation to ensure safe drinking water within the district.
The training was design to enhance knowledge on drinking water quality, equip participants with practical skills in water sampling and testing, improve understanding of water quality parameters and standards and build capacity in microbial testing and data interpretation.
The training was participated by environmental health officers, Advisory group members of WASH, Ghana Water Company, field technicians, sachet water producers, Ghana Health Service and Ghana Education Service.
