The District Assembly successfully organized a one-day capacity building training on local government protocols on 1st April 2026 at the District Assembly Hall. The training was facilitated by Mr. Yakubu Mohammed (HR) and aimed at strengthening staff understanding and application of official procedures within the local government service.
The primary objective of the training was to enhance the knowledge and skills of staff in adhering to established local government protocols; scheme of Service, code of Conduct and performance Management System.
The training brought together staff from various departments of the District Assembly, including administrative officers, technical staff, and supporting personnel. The diverse participation ensured cross-departmental learning and collaboration.
