On 22nd July,2026 Finance and Administration Committee of the Asutifi North District Assembly held a meeting to deliberate on financial and administrative matters of the District. The meeting provided an opportunity for Management and members of the Committee to review the financial performance of the Assembly and receive updates on human resource and administrative activities.
During the meeting, the Budget Analyst presented the financial performance of the District for the First and Second Quarters. The presentation covered the revenue generated and expenditure incurred during the period under review.
The Budget Analyst also provided an update on the current financial position of the District, highlighting the financial performance and the resources available to the Assembly. Members of the Committee discussed the issues arising from the presentation and emphasized the need for prudent financial management and effective revenue mobilization.
The Human Resource Manager also briefed the Committee on various activities undertaken by the Human Resource Manager. The presentation highlighted the key human resource and administrative activities carried out during the period.
The Committee took note of the activities and discussed issues relating to staff administration, management and other matters concerning the effective functioning of the Assembly.
The Finance and Administration Committee meeting provided a platform for members to review the financial performance and administrative activities of the Asutifi North District Assembly. The presentations by the Budget Analyst and Human Resource Manager enabled the Committee to appreciate the current financial position of the District and the activities undertaken by the Human Resource Unit.
The Committee encouraged Management to continue with prudent financial management, strengthen revenue mobilization and ensure effective human resource administration for the efficient delivery of the Assembly’s mandate.
