The District Planning Coordinating Unit (DPCU) of the Asutifi North District Assembly held a meeting on 21st July, 2026 to review the implementation of activities contained in the Annual Action Plan (AAP). The meeting brought together members of the DPCU to assess progress made on their respective activities and identify areas requiring further attention.
During the meeting, all members of the DPCU presented updates on the activities assigned to their respective departments and units as captured in the Annual Action Plan.
The presentations focused on the activities undertaken, the level of implementation achieved, challenges encountered, and the activities that were yet to be completed. Members provided progress updates to enable the Unit to have a comprehensive overview of the implementation status of the AAP.
The DPCU reviewed the progress of the various activities and compared achievements against the planned targets in the Annual Action Plan. Members were encouraged to ensure that outstanding activities were implemented within the stipulated period.
The meeting also provided an opportunity for members to highlight challenges affecting the implementation of their planned activities and to propose measures to address them.
Members were encouraged to continue monitoring their respective activities, address identified challenges and ensure that outstanding activities are implemented in line with the approved Annual Action Plan.
