MANAGEMENT MEETING

A management meeting was organized by the Acting District Chief Executive (DCE) on Thursday, 9th January, 2025 at the DCE’s Office, Asutifi North District Assembly. The meeting was convened to engage management members on key administrative, operational, and development issues affecting the District.

The Acting DCE emphasized the need for discipline, teamwork, and adherence to public service rules. Management members were encouraged to maintain professionalism and improve efficiency in their respective departments.

Departments briefed the meeting on ongoing projects and programmes. Attention was drawn to the need for timely reporting, effective supervision, and proper documentation of activities.

Discussions were held on strategies to improve Internally Generated Funds (IGF) and ensure prudent financial management. Departments were urged to support revenue mobilization efforts and comply with financial regulations.

The meeting discussed priority development needs of the District. Management was tasked to align departmental activities with the District Medium-Term Development Plan to enhance service delivery.

The Acting DCE expressed appreciation to management members for their participation and commitment to duty. He encouraged continued cooperation to promote effective administration and development in the Asutifi North District.
